Klaudia Bachinger & Carina Roth were the co-founders of WisR. It was a startup with a digital solution that enabled large organizations to stay in touch with their own pool of retired experts, preserve and exchange knowledge and have easy access to a skilled workforce on demand. Their mission was to be the missing link between inspiring retirees and companies looking for a skilled, contingent workforce. By including the hidden potential of older talents, they aimed to bridge the gap between generations and change the perception of age

Sadly due to the lack of time, money and of course, the pandemic, it proved difficult to find the perfect market- fit. They, therefore, announced on the 18th of October that they would be shutting the company down in a beautiful yet powerful social media post. Klaudia joined us for this founder talk 1 day after, she shares her journey openly and also shares her thoughts of mental health within a startup and to avoid burnouts.

It is evident Klaudia is on a journey that has just started, and to quote her from her own post that she shared – “Never let success get to your head; never let failure get to your heart.” This is just the beginning for sure, we are excited to see where the next chapter takes her. But for now, tune in to her and Maria Baumgartners Founder Talk, where you are bound to get inspired, learn a new thing or two and of course, become the best version of yourself!
