Romy has an extensive resume with her first HR job starting in 2008, during this time she has worked in both corporate and startups. Her passion is people and she has made it very clear in the interview she is engaged in the whole journey that their candidates go through. Not only is it important to attract the right candidates but she explains how at Tier Mobility they do so, and what comes next to achieve the best candidates experience and its importance.
