What does DevOps mean?
DevOps is a set of practices that combines the processes between software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops) in order to make software development cycles faster and more reliable.
This method is faster than traditional development processes, where the two departments work independently from each other as it removes the communication and technological barriers between the two teams. This allows them to work together throughout the entire product life cycle from development and testing through deployment to operations.
