What does Iteration in business?
Iterating means continuously implementing small changes in a product or business model, in order to find the most optimal solution. Iterating includes several smaller development circles, where a small improvement is added in each of them, instead of trying to create everything perfectly on the first try.
Feedback loops are a very important part of this process: getting feedback from customers, colleagues, other stakeholders can be crucial to develop the best final product.
