What does a Passive job seeker mean?
Passive job seekers are people who are currently not looking for a job (because they’re employed or taking time off), but are still open to the idea of changing and accepting a job offer. As they’re not actively looking for a job, usually companies reach out to them and they are open to listening to their offer if it seems like a good opportunity.
