What is the STAR Method?
The STAR Method is a technique used by interviewers to gather all the relevant information about a specific capability that a certain job requires.
It has a straightforward format and is divided into 4 sections: Situation (S), Task (T), Action (A), Result (R).
Knowing the method can help a lot when an interviewer asks a behavioural question and the interviewee structures his/her answers with the STAR Method.
